Twisted Teens are a New Orleans-based punk band fronted by Cas P. Ian, also credited as Caspian Hollywell, a prolific DIY musician who founded folk-punk band Blackbird Raum and previously played in Scissorbills. For their debut record, Hollywell collaborated with pedal steel player RJ Santos, blending his scratched-out, cigarettes-and-whisky-soaked voice with an experimental punk sensibility.
